Ana Batic

Ana Batic is a graduate of the Banja Luka Faculty of Economics. Before joining the IFC/FIAS team, she was a private sector business analyst during the privatisation process in Bosnia’s Republika Srpska, specialising in business planning and due diligence. In 2006 she joined the USAID SPIRA team’s Guillotine Project at the Republika Srpska level, developing recommendations, economic analyses and amendments for each reviewed measure, as well as drafting final recommendations reflecting the Regulatory Reform Council’s final decisions.
She joined IFC/FIAS in November 2007 as a consultant on the Sub-National Competitiveness Programme. Amongst other activities, Ana trains consultants in other municipalities included in the Sub-National Competitiveness Programme and is responsible for economic analysis in Bosnia & Herzegovina, Serbia and Montenegro
