Andy Grossman
Andy Grossman is a Director of the London-based Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR) and an architect by original profession. He is a practising civil and commercial mediator mediating construction, professional negligence, planning and intra-organisational disputes. He also has substantial experience of acting as a neutral to assist in decision-making within public authority environments and assisting in discussions and negotiations between public authorities and external stakeholders on major projects. Andy regularly advises on the design of conflict resolution processes and his development work at CEDR has involved the production of a number of advisory CEDR publications including its ADR Guide for Public Authorities, ADR Guide for Local Authorities in Public Private Partnerships, CEDR Rules for Adjudication and Dispute Resolution Procedure for PFI and Long Term Contracts (which forms the basis of UK government guidance). He holds a Doctorate of Professional Studies in Commercial Mediation Development
