Eneida Guria

Ms. Eneida Guria holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Corporate Finance by the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, in the United State as well as an MBA degree for the same institution. Her professional career started as a Training Director the Peace Corps Albania where she managed and directed the training program for the volunteers and trainees that have served in Albania from 2003 – 2005. She joined the Albanian Government in fall of 2005 as an Advisor to the Minister of Economy, Trade and Energy, Mr. Genc Ruli. In May 2009 she was appointed Director of the newly created National Licensing Center.
