Igor Matijevic

Igor Matijevic has been working for IFC facility in Serbia since June 2004. His work involved design, implementation, management and monitoring of technical assistance projects in Serbia and in Montenegro for private sector development.
He has a Bachelor Degree in Law from Belgrade University, Serbia. He earned MBA from Megatrend, University of Applied Sciences, Serbia. His previous working experience, gained in the last nine years during difficult times for Serbian legal, judiciary and social system, included program and managerial experience, creation and development of budgets and projects, BEE consulting and Private Sector development.
During the last five years, he was deeply involved in the development of IFC ADR program in the region. The objective of this program was to enable creation of adequate legal environment and positive business climate for introduction and implementation of mediation as one of ADR mechanisms into Serbia and Montenegrin court system.
