Michael Kulwin

Michael Kulwin has been providing consulting services to the international construction industry since 1984. He is a trained economist (BA (Econ) (Hons)), holds the degree of Juris Doctor and is an accredited mediator and arbitrator. The Director of Kulwin Consulting, with offices in London, England, he will present an economist’s view of the costs and benefits of arbitration versus mediation respecting large scale construction projects and the impact of the same on participating parties.
