Ljubica Milutinovic

Mrs. Ljubica Milutinovic is the judge of the Supreme Court of Serbia. She has written and published several articles regarding the mediation as a an alternative way of solving disputes. She has participated in different seminars, round tables and workshops dealing with mediation. She is a member of the Working group for Amendments on the Mediation Law. Her specialized knowledge on mediation and alternative dispute resolution is confirmed from great number of courses and trainings on mediation. Mrs. Milutinovic has more than 20 years of court practice, and she has written several manuals regarding the mediation. ( Basic manual for mediators, Case referral manual for judges) Mrs. Milutinovic is a very well respected in her profession, and it is just until recent that she was the Deputy president of the Supreme Court of Serbia.
