Marina Perunovska
Marina Perunovska holds a dual MBA – Strategic Management and Human Resources Management – from California State University and a BSc from Skopje’s Ss. Cyril and Methodius University. She has been working at IFC’s Skopje office for almost seven years, managing various national technical assistance projects and operating as ADR Mediation Project manager for FYR Macedonia since 1st July 2005. Prior to her engagement by IFC, Marina was engaged – 1997 onwards – on several World Bank-funded projects, including Job Creation through SME Development, Agribusiness Advisory Centre, Bankruptcy Advisory Project and Pension Reforms Project - HR component. During these projects she held the positions of Finance/Strategic and HR Management expert. She has also been involved in various training and advisory engagements and activities – both at home and the region – as well as holding the function of Acting Deputy HR Manager for Target Corporation, California, USA. Marina has completed basic training for Mediators from the Canadian Institute for Conflict Resolution.
