Shkelqim Kerluku

Shkelqim Kerluku has been Chairman of the Albanian National Agency on Concessions since September 2007. Prior to that, he acted as a legal advisor to the Prime Minister’s Office and has handled various legal issues relating to commercial companies operating on the territory of Republic of Albania and abroad during his long career as a legal advisor. Shkelqim has been tasked with resolving numerous working-relation problems, as well as those of clientele, government and local authorities related to commercial companies, employment disputes, labour contracts, taxes and duties. He adapted Albanian banking legislation – particularly related to loans, credit, facilities and securing charges – as well as being engaged in court and enforcement office procedures. He has also participated in various court cases as a senior legal representative of the Tirana District Court.
